If the returned product is found to be the wrong size, we will process the return accordingly. However, if the size matches the order and no other issues are identified, the return will not be accepted.
  4. Product Matching
    Returns will only be accepted if the returned product is the same item as the one originally received. We ask that you carefully verify the product's details, such as type, model, and color, before initiating a return. Products returned that do not match the original purchase may result in rejection of the return request.
  5. Right to Cancel Return Requests
    The Clothing Hub reserves the right to cancel any return request at its discretion, without providing specific reasons. This may include cases where the product does not meet the conditions outlined in this policy or if the return process does not comply with the stated requirements. If a return is canceled, you will be promptly notified, and no further action will be required on your part.

Once your return is approved, we will provide further instructions on how to return the product. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise specified.
