1. Delivery Timeframe


At The Clothing Hub, we strive to deliver your orders as quickly as possible. Once your order is confirmed, it will be processed and shipped within 7 to 10 business days. Please note: 


- Business days exclude weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and public holidays. 


- Delivery times may vary depending on your location and unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or logistical delays. 


2. Shipping Areas


We offer PAN India delivery, which means we ship to all states and union territories across India. Unfortunately, we do not currently offer international shipping. 


3. Order Processing


- Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email with your order details. 


- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. 


- You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. 


4. Shipping Method 


We offer Standard Delivery for all orders, which ensures delivery within 7 to 10 business days. We partner with reliable shipping carriers to ensure your orders are delivered safely and on time. 


5. Tracking Your Order 


Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order on the carrier’s website or through our Order Tracking page. 


6. Delivery Issues


If you encounter any issues with your delivery, such as: 

- Delayed delivery 

- Damaged package 

- Missing items

7. Undeliverable Orders


In some cases, orders may be returned to us as undeliverable due to: 

- Incorrect or incomplete address provided 

- Failed delivery attempts 

- Unavailability of the recipient 


If this happens, we will contact you to arrange a reshipment. Please note that additional shipping fees may apply. 


8. Changes to Your Order
